I specialise in trauma-informed lived experience leadership development and offer consultancy, coaching, trainings and copy services for progressive advocacy organisations. WHAT I DO

Participatory Trainings – my bespoke workshops provide an engaging and interactive learning experience for professionals, community groups and lived experience leaders. I offer one-to-one coaching, single workshops and longer courses. Topics include spokesperson training, public speaking, facilitation, communications strategy, working with the press, supporting lived experience leaders, trauma-informed media practice and survivor-centred safeguarding. I support lived experience leaders and their allies to develop safe, sustainable and strategic storytelling campaigns that produce high-impact content for target audiences.

Copywriting, editing, proofreading & sensitivity readings – I offer a tailored service at a sliding scale for these services, all of which benefit from my extensive experience in progressive advocacy work. I also offer a 24-48 hour rush service, subject to availability.

Communications Consultancy – a safe, confidential and supportive space to discuss challenges and co-create a comprehensive communications strategy to meet your organisational or campaign objectives. This includes an in-depth analysis of the media landscape and your place within it, mapping audiences and objectives to produce a final report and strategic guide to support you into the future.

Public Speaking – as a public speaker I specialist in sexual violence and harassment, state and gendered violence, mental health, survivor-centered safeguarding and movement building. I have been booked by organisations like Unite the Union, Rape Crisis, Farrer & Co, INQUEST, Million Women Rise, Friends of the Earth & Bath Publishing, as well as schools including the Charterhouse School.
